The Middle Tennessee Z Club is mostly about having fun, whether it be at a car show or exhibition, club cruise or road trip, performance driving event, a cookout, or just getting together with other Z enthusiasts.
After relocating to Nashville from North Carolina, where he had founded the Cape Fear Z Club, Jim Leutgens, started the Middle Tennessee Z Club in July 1999. Currently the club is run by its members, with everyone providing input and suggestions for club activities. Everyone fills a niche to make things happen on a voluntary basis.
We engage in various activities, which are organized by our club and other local or regional Z car or other car clubs. Included are car shows and exhibitions, autocrosses, high-performance road course track events, drag racing and the National ZCCA (Z Car Club of America) conventions.
